INSTALLATION:
First: Choose which splash screen you want (these screens are compatable with any randomizer)

Second: All you need to do is replace the dlgsplash in what is probably your C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator 9\Uires folder. If prompted to overwrite just say yes. BUT YOU MUST RENAME THE PICTURE AS DLGSPLASH TO DO THIS!
